What we deliver
Spring water
Our highest‑volume product and the default for most offices. Natural spring water in 5‑gallon and 3‑gallon bottles, plastic or glass.
Alkaline water
Higher pH water for offices whose staff ask for it by name. Mix it with spring on the same order — there’s no separate delivery or minimum.
Distilled water
For autoclaves, humidifiers, lab equipment, steam ovens and espresso machines. Common in our medical, dental and food‑service accounts across the state.
Glass bottles
Returnable glass jugs for offices avoiding plastic, and glass‑bottled Saratoga and Mountain Valley for conference rooms and client meetings.
Cases & single-serve
Poland Spring 16.9oz 40‑packs for all‑hands and events, plus 12‑packs of premium glass. Pallet quantities are straightforward for us.
Private label
Your logo on the bottle. Popular with real estate, hospitality and client‑facing offices. Minimums apply — ask for artwork specs.
One account across every location
A lot of New Jersey companies aren’t in one building. There’s a head office in Bergen County, a satellite in Princeton, and a warehouse off Exit 8A. Handled badly, that’s three vendors, three invoices and three people to chase when something is missed.
We run those as a single account. Each site keeps its own route day, its own quantities and its own equipment; you get one invoice, one account manager, and a cost breakdown by location if your accounting needs it.
Adding a fourth site later is a phone call, not a new supplier onboarding.
- One invoice, itemised by location
- PO numbers and cost centres supported
- Each site keeps its own schedule
- Add or close a location any time

Building access, where it applies
Suburban office parks are simple. Class A towers are not.
- Certificates of insurance. Class A buildings in Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken and along the Hudson waterfront generally require vendors to carry general liability and name the building owner and managing agent. We issue these before the first delivery and renew them before they lapse.
- Dock and freight scheduling. Waterfront towers run docks on a booked schedule much like Manhattan. We build your stop around your building’s window.
- Office parks and flex space. Most of the state is far simpler — ground‑level access, parking at the door, and no scheduling to negotiate. It’s why our suburban routes run so predictably.
Office delivery questions
How fast can you start?
What if we run short between deliveries?
Do you take the empties?
Can we get water and coffee from one supplier?
Our water is bottled by TriBeCa Beverage Company at 23 Carol Street in Clifton — which is why New Jersey routes are the shortest we run.
