What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number, building address, and any details you choose to include. We use this solely to prepare your quote, arrange service, and communicate with you about your account.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. You can opt out using Google’s browser add‑on.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate: our website host, our form processor, and TriBeCa Beverage Company, which bottles the water we deliver and which supports account fulfilment.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don’t become accounts are retained for up to 24 months. Active account records are kept for as long as the account is open and afterwards as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices
